Second 2011 Overton Family Reunion Planning Meeting

As planned our meeting will be this Sunday at 3:00 - 5:00 pm. The location is the Sheraton Grand Hotel DFW Airport, 4440 West John Carpenter Freeway, Irving, Texas ((972) 929-7534). The conference room will be the Los Colinas Conference room. It will be on the hotel information marque. This hotel was selected because Susan Phillips who is working the hotel evaluations said it was in her top three. The Embassy Suites was another one, but could not accommodate our schedule.

Please send your prayers out to Susan as she has been in the hospital and is recovering from a surgical procedure. She will not be able to join us, however she will be in our prayers.

Notrevo Moss Phillips may not be able to attend this meeting, so out of respect for her and her mother, I think we should postpone elections of committee members. However, we do have business to attend too. We have to select out site and designate an event date. This cannot wait. If you are supporting Susan and Notrevo on any task please come to the meeting ready to represent the task or pass the information to someone who can. The task are:

1. Results of the Questionnaire for date and event content (2 dates proposed)
2. Recommendations for Hotel Sites to be evaluated by the planning committee
3. Bring a list of attendees with contact information to the meeting.
